No! Our rates are transparent flat fees based on total floor area—covering up to 75 sqm for Condos and 150 sqm for Houses. If your unit or house exceeds these floor area limits, simply contact us for a quick custom quote.

You will receive a full PDF report outlining defect locations, severity levels, clear descriptions, and a link to a high-resolution Google Drive folder containing all photo and video records.

How do I prepare my turnover/property for inspection day?
