What's Not Included
To keep pricing transparent, here’s what falls outside our standard inspection:
- Structural or engineering certification (we’re a visual inspection service, not an engineering firm)
- Re-inspection visits, contractor coordination, or other add-ons.
- Mobilization and logistics surcharges for areas outside Metro Manila or for properties exceeding maximum floor area.

Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?
No! Our rates are transparent flat fees based on total floor area—covering up to 75 sqm for Condos and 150 sqm for Houses. If your unit or house exceeds these floor area limits, simply contact us for a quick custom quote.
What is included in the 24-hour report?
You will receive a full PDF report outlining defect locations, severity levels, clear descriptions, and a link to a high-resolution Google Drive folder containing all photo and video records.
Is this a structural or engineering audit?
Our service is a thorough, non-invasive visual and surface inspection covering visible electrical, plumbing flow, walls, tiles, finishes, and handover punch lists.
How do I prepare my turnover/property for inspection day?
Ensure water and electricity are turned on, and that any required building admin or HOA visitor passes are cleared. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a quick pre-inspection checklist, including our key handling and lead inspector coordination protocol!
